Amber had this great way of making everyone feel included in her talk and connected to each other. Even though she was up on stage talking to a few hundred people, it still felt very personal, and not a lot of speakers can do that in quite the way that Amber does. I learned so much about brand building, the importance of company values and how to create a meaningful customer experience.
